THE GEAR
Wear comfortable exercise shorts or sweat pants and a non-restricting t-shirt or tank top. Women should wear a sports bra. No shoes are allowed on the floor ( you will be bare foot.) Bring a towel to class and plenty of water. Hydrating yourself an hour before class is recommended. Level 1 students must have gloves or wrist wraps. THE BENEFITS
