  • Blue Stripe: Kamsah form meaning “Appreciation”
  • Grasshopper Belt: Perform Basics #1 and #2 (left and right side) 
  • Red Tip: Perform Basic #3 front kick (left and right side) 
  • White Tip: Perform the inside and outside block (left and right side) 
  • Blue Tip: Perform 3 seconds front kick balance (left and right side)  
  • Tiger Belt: Perform Basics #1 to #3 (front punch, back punch, front kick –left and right side)
  • Red Tip: Perform Basic #4 side kick (left and right side) 
  • White Tip: Perform the side block and rising block (left and right side) 
  • Blue Tip: Perform Block and Counter #1 (side block ad back punch) (left and right side) 
  • Panda Belt: Perform Basics #1 to #4 (left and right side)
  • Red Tip: Perform Basic #5 round kick (left and right side) 
  • White Tip: Perform down block and press block (left and right side) 
  • Blue Tip: Perform Block and Counter #2 and #3 (down block/back puch and press block/back punch) (left and right side) 
  • Eagle Belt: Perform Basics #1 to #5 and Kamsah Form (left and right side)
